In 1981 I went to work for Yolo County. While working there, I bought a new car in the town of Woodland, and the salesman was Joe Galindo. Joe was a bass player, and jammed with a guitar player named Tom and a drummer named Fred. I joined up with these guys, and we started playing gigs in the Woodland area. We started out with the name "Montana", then changed it to "Rockin Horse". We were together for about two years, and had a wonderful time performing. We broke up sometime around 1983.
